Our Story
Healthbot was founded in 2015 in Brazil, born from a crucial need identified by a group of doctors, including Alexander Rolim and Matheus Grooner. They saw a persistent and growing problem in the healthcare sector: the loss of countless appointments and patient inquiries. In today's digital age, patients reach out to doctors, clinics, and hospitals through multiple online channels, making it humanly impossible for a single human attendant to manage all these simultaneous demands.

It was to solve this very gap that Healthbot was created, offering a complete and innovative solution. Our initial goal was to serve doctors, clinics, and hospitals, ensuring no patient ever missed the opportunity to book an appointment due to a lack of agile and efficient service.
